Welcome to our February SQL Challenge! New tasks are waiting for you. If you've finished our SQL Basics course or have fundamental SQL knowledge, this is a good way to practice your database skills. Are you ready to start the SQL adventure in this month's challenge?
Many people start the year renting cars for travel. Mike works in this space as the owner of a car rental company in the U.S. and knows that people need his services. He would like to grow his business, but he doesn't know SQL. Help Mike achieve his goals by finding the information he needs! If you've finished our SQL Basics course, you know everything you need to complete this challenge.
You will find out the models and the colors of the cars Mike's company has available to rent. You will analyze how many customers rent and for how long, as well as what the customers' color preferences are. You will gather data about rental prices and which cars generate more revenue. Get these data from Mike's database to help his company.
Try this challenge to see how you can use SQL in a car rental company. (Hint: In each exercise, you can see a sample of the data. Look in the right-hand menu, under the "Database" tab.)
Let's help Mike grow his business!
