Welcome to our April SQL Practice! New tasks are waiting for you. If you’ve finished our SQL Basics course and have fundamental SQL knowledge, this is a good way to practice your database querying skills. Are you ready to start the SQL adventure in this month’s SQL practice?
What should Rita and Richard do to improve their apartment rental offers?
A lot of people rent apartments and use rental agencies to make their search easier. Richard and Rita own a busy apartment rental agency in Chicago, USA. They’re doing well, but they’d like to find out how to do even better.
They have a database full of data. And they want to answer questions like:
- Which streets have unrented apartments?
- Which employees deserve a bonus?
- What is the average square meterage for a one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartment?
If you know basic SQL, you can help them find the answers. Try this challenge and practice your SQL skills. (Hint: In each exercise, you can see a sample of the data. Look in the right-hand menu, under the "Database" tab.)
