New Monthly SQL Practice for April 2022!

Are you a SQL beginner that needs some interactive exercises to practice writing queries? Take up the challenge and choose our April SQL Practice course!

In our April 2022 SQL Practice, you’ll meet Olivia, the owner of a hairdressing salon. She needs you to help her gather statistics on the services offered by her salon, the salon customers, their appointments, etc. Can you use your SQL skills to help her find the data? It shouldn’t be too hard if you have finished our SQL Basics course or understand core SQL concepts like SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, HAVING, ORDER BY and aggregate functions.

Our interactive SQL course is a great way to test your skills and see if you can put what you've learned into practice. Our exercises are fun, so you won't get bored while learning. And thanks to the interactive online console, you can write real SQL queries and see their results. You don't need to install or set anything up. A web browser and a willingness to practice SQL are enough.

Is this the first time you’ve come across our Monthly SQL Practices? LearnSQL.com offers one SQL Practice each month: basic levels on even-numbered months and advanced levels on odd-numbered months. Each SQL Practice takes an hour or less to complete and contains 5–10 exercises to help you hone your skills.

Each month, we feature a different business or hobby. We’ve had practices that feature family trees, a language school, a book exchange, a job agency, rental cars, stars and astronomy, auto repair, baking, pizza, movies, U.S. cities, and more.

Our exercises are based on real business scenarios. There are no abstract theories here, just everyday business problems. Most of the SQL queries that you’ll write can be successfully adapted and used in your own projects. This is what they call a hands-on SQL course!

Who is this course for? Everyone, especially beginners who need to practice SQL! We believe that practice is the only way to really learn something. Knowledge is only helpful when you are able to use it.

If you are a basic SQL user who knows how to join tables and group and filter data, test your knowledge with April’s SQL Practice!

Hungry for more SQL exercises? Check out our SQL Practice track, which features over 600 interactive SQL exercises. You’ll brush up your SQL coding skills before you know it!
